As mentioned before and as
posted on our Facebook wall, Versace has brought back the Young Versace Line
and apparently this time with a vengeance as they have embraced an aggressive
ad campaign with Kaia Gerber, the 10 year old daughter of Cindy Crawford to act
as their "face" in advertising publication. Here are a few blogs and
columns that cover this sort of thing. I suspect that although using
celebrities to promote products is not a new concept the use of the children
themselves as their own people (not pictured together with their mom or dad as in the case of Gucci using Jennifer Lopez) is something that is new and we can expect to
see a lot more of it in the near future.
